The protest to stop registering from having a PAN CARD.

You don't belive me , okay let me start decoding the details.

So Now , Everyone knows that, The whole farmer's Protest is filled with fake farmers.

Whats the problem according to the Farmers ? Why these fake farmers are using Farmer's name to put pressure on Government ??

Firstly , the sentiment of country regarding farmer's , we give them a place like god , Just like we give a place to women . It's missused mostly.

Real Farmer & Real women get less justice than Fake ones ( i.e #Myntra)

Meanwhile , coming to our relationship, Nor Farmers , nor opposition not even a single person talked about " PAN Card ". THE real problem , Which is the main reason they want Modi ji to repeal farm laws.

Farmers didn't agree even for suspension for 2 years. Only one demand repeal farm laws. Why ? It will steal land, its death to Farmers.
No !!! According to new law & after consideration of genuine farmer's request,Farmer can sell his agricultural products to anyone or Any APMCS.

Great the problem is , they should have the written contract signed with PAN Numbers of two parties farmer & Buyer ( APMCS or private players). Whoever buys from Farmer is considered businessman , so he has to file GST. ( Even though GST is 0 for agri, Returns to be filed zero.)

Whatever the profit businessman earns from selling goods bought is taxable. So whats the problem here ?? Many big brokers, create fake agricultural income, to convert black money into white. This type of Tax evasion is open secret. But FARM LAWS system records every transaction.

One small ex , In year 2012 if you remember, P. Chidambaram declared he earned 100+ crores by selling Cabbage & got tax evaded . ED & Income tax personal are still searching the place he grew cabbage in Chennai. Only large enough place is Chennai beach for those cabbage to grow.

In this fight of Farmers vs PAN CARD. Middle Class will be effected , if our farmers don't pay fine , its understandable , but broker's who make 100 crores , Sukbeer 5000 crores, Sharad pawar 10,000 crores.
Why ?

Software engineer pays tax of 22k for my annual package of 16 Lakhs. Never did govt say don't pay tax. Acc to survey, a loss of 10k cr in business, 1000 cr property vandalism by farmers Protest. Who pays for this you & me on tax, on salary ,on hotel , on flights & on road.
