In perusing my TL w/ regards to the claims against Marilyn Manson I feel the need to address these. In doing so, let me say, that IDK if the claims have any legitimacy to them, however, I think there is a reason to pause given the timing of these claims. Evidence is important.

1) Evan Rachel Wood's claims aren't new. This has been something that she's claimed publicly previously & has been associated w/ Mr. Warner aka Marilyn Manson before.

2) Evan Rachel Wood & Ms. Heard had a Twitter exchange @ mandatory vasectomies/9 PM curfews for men in 2019.

3) Evan Rachel Wood has publicly defended Ms. Heard since 2016, despite all the evidence proving she lied @ being abused, & is in fact the person that abused Mr. Depp: https://www.toronto.com/whatson-story/6772430-evan-rachel-wood-defends-amber-heard/

4) Evan Rachel Wood knows Ms. Heard and has been pictured at a number of events w/ her.

5) Mr. Warner aka Marilyn Manson has "categorically denied" all claims made against him & in 2018 the LA District Attorney declined to prosecute him b/c of the statute of limitations & "absence of corroboration," by the woman. Mr. Warner aka Marilyn Manson's statement.

6) Mr. Manson's former wife Dita Von Teese has never accused Mr. Warner aka Marilyn Manson of being violent or abusive toward her during their relationship/marriage. The reason for their divorce on their divorce filings was "irreconcilable differences."

7) Lindsay Usich & Mr. Warner aka Marilyn Manson have been together since at least 2012. As of Oct. 2020 Ms. Usich began going by the name Lindsay Elizabeth Warner on SM. She's never accused him of being violent or abusive toward her.

8) This all seems suspicious to me that these women on 2/1/2021 are all coming forward immediately after Ms. Wood made her claims on IG, given Ms. Wood's association w/ Ms. Heard & the fact that Mr. Warner aka Marilyn Manson is friends w/ Mr. Depp & godfather to his children.

9) Mr. Warner/Marilyn Manson is present in "Thanksgiving 2015" video where AH alleges abuse by Mr. Depp w/ no credible evidence. Mr. Warner is a potential witness in VA, although not yet subpoenaed.

10) IDK if the claims have merit, b/ in light of the above/in the wake of "Believe Women" movements/Misandry/4th-Wave feminism/all that's happened over false allegations by Ms. Heard @ Mr. Depp, it's important to wait for evidence before condemning Mr. Warner/Marilyn Manson.

Update: Mr. Warner aka Marilyn Manson made this statement via IG @ the allegations today. MM is innocent until proven guilty. Allegations are not evidence. I stand w/ evidence. Evidence matters. I will not condemn anyone w/out evidence, that's what happened to Mr. Depp.
