Here's Iowa, which is poorly run and filled with evil people who just let the virus run rampant

I'll put California, which is good and run by good people who did all the right things, next to them for comparison

Iowa, red bad evil

California, blue good smart

We could do this for almost every single state. Almost every state had a surge that lasted about the same length regardless of mitigations

There is nothing about California's that should make us say "oh yeah, I see, their strategy is obviously superior"
