Seeing as Celtic won't conduct their own review I'll do it for them.
So in no particular order here are 10 (in a row) things that need fixed.

Team leaks. This should have been stamped out the first time but here we are. While the advantage gained by the opposition might be minimal it shows a disconnect within the playing staff. Embarrassing and unprofessional.
Youth players. If you're a promising teenager, Celtic is probably the worst place you can be right now. How many shit hot 17/18 year olds do we have only to release them 5 years and 2 appearances later?
We don't have a long term onfield gameplan. Most clubs build a first team with an identity that runs right through all age groups. Our doesn't last the month. 11 players picked randomly out of a snus box and thrown onto the pitch.
Ambition. Being slightly better than rangers (and failing) is not an aspiring strategy. European embarrassments to teams with budgets on the scale of Aberdeen is becoming alarmingly familiar.
Does the club actually hate the fans? Treated as customers come season ticket renewal and with contempt the rest of the time.
Grow up and engage with the fans.

Transfers. This might be obsolete once Peter Lawwell is impeached but stop fucking about when it comes to signing someone!
Yes it is challenging to get quality to come to Scotland but we've known this for 20 years. Identify realistic targets and go and fucking get them.

Why are we so unfit? We've went from struggling to close out games to barely starting them. Ronny Delia didn't die for this. Sort it out.
An overhaul of our football operation is long overdue. We don't do tactics let alone analytics. Watching Ryan Christie 'shoot on sight' is enough to keep the grounds closed for life.
Neil Lennon. Neil please go. This season is done but you are risking doing long term damage to the club by staying out of spite. Any goodwill you still have at Celtic is rapidly disappearing. Your reputation has not been completely ruined yet but time is running out...
Lastly, STOP DOING THE TEAM IN NUMERICAL ORDER! It's shite.
