Be open to take on adventures when given the chance.
From time to time, it is ok to do things that are outside of your regular routine.
It’s actually good for you.

It’s actually good for you.
Obviously it goes without saying, also have goals that you are working towards.
If a friend ask you to join them in trying out a new restaurant, or taking a spontaneous road trip, don’t refuse them simply because you’re busy with “work” or “personal business”.
Work can wait. Life and your responsibilities will always be there.
Take that leap and go in - head first.

These adventures can sometimes lead to break-throughs - and can bring a clarity of mind that you may not have not known that you needed.
These “mental breaks” can also lead to the removal of creative blocks that you may been struggling with. Even if you don’t experience these watershed moments, your mental state will thank you for the rest and change of pace.
Some live a life of “I wish I could do that” or “I’ll do that when I have time”.
Learn that you have to make time:
⁃Take that fishing trip.
⁃Start that hobby you have always wanted to do.

If you can, set at least 30 minutes to an hour a week to do the things you would do if you had no other responsibilities.
Pay attention to how it makes you feel.

Live a spontaneous life, don’t waste your precious days on this beautiful earth.
