Today marks 10 years directing @CCESL. Over a decade, I've gotten to see #communityengaged scholarship flourish at DU, and work with the most incredible campus and community colleagues who bring @UofDenver's #publicgood vision to life each day. 1/

Most of those 10 years have been spent working with my colleague, friend, & co-conspirator Dr. @CaraDiEnno. We've built & grown programs together, like the intensive Community Engagement Teaching 101 that has reached 200+ faculty across every degree-granting unit @UofDenver. 2/

With the whole CCESL team, we've invested in #communityengaged discovery -- from faculty-mentored student research & creative work to more than $750,000 in #PublicGood Fund grants awarded for faculty scholarship. 3/ https://publicgoodimpact.com/category/investing-in-discovery

The @CCESL team has innovated in the face of a quickly changing higher ed landscape...like the design & implementation of #DUGrandChallenges with campus & community colleagues (shout-out to the Collaboration for the Public Good Working Group @AMooreMcBride @_kleinhesselink) 4/

Through so many changes and even a pandemic, @CCESL staff @CaraDiEnno, Kathleen Ferrick, @_kleinhesselink, and Maddie Duven have kept up their unwavering dedication to students, and their commitment to galvanizing tomorrow's civic leaders. 5/
