2/ Minutes after huddling w/Proud Boys leader BIGGS, SAMSEL is pushing & pulling at barricades. Others join in, causing an officer to fall and hit her head.
He picks her up & says (per officer's account):
"we don't have to hurt you, why are you standing in our way?"

3/ SAMSEL then shows up on the West #Capitol Terrace, again squaring up against with officers, at one point per the charges he is seen pulling on one of their riot shields.
