UX improvements:

Currently, you have to check the box to:
1. Send as newsletter
2. Edit email settings

1 box for 2 things is confusing.

In the new version:
1. Email settings expanded by default
2. Send as newsletter is its own toggle
UI improvements:

So many! Here are the old and new side by side.

- Colour: Most obviously, the orange is gone. But I also expanded the colour palette.

- Layout: I reorganised the form labels and improved the hierarchy of each element.
