1/ I'm not a lawyer, but it seems to me the following key arguments must be presented by Trump's legal defense team:

2/ Per the US Constitution, impeachment deals with removing a sitting President. Since #Trump is already out of office, impeachment at this time is unconstitutional.

3/ If any political speech that questions the validity or integrity of a Presidential election outcome is somehow impeachable, then numerous Democrats who repeatedly called Trump's 2016 win illegitimate ought also to be immediately impeached.

4/ Trump's rally speech contained no incitements to violence; it even explicitly stated the opposite, asking rallygoers to "peacefully and patriotically make their voices heard."

5/ Evidence also shows the relatively small group from the rally who attacked the Capitol acted on their own in a pre-planned attack with no knowledge, support, or coordination from the President. As he had nothing to do with them, it was not an insurrection.

6/ If some claim inspiration from Trump's words to attack the Capitol, they're wrong, since again the speech contained no language calling for physical violence. Like almost all political rhetoric, it used figurative, not literal speech.

7/ Politicians can't be held personally liable for blatant misinterpretation of their words. Can Trump's words calling people to "peacefully and patriotically make their voices heard" constitute incitement, yet Democrats telling people to literally surround &

8/ harass Trump supporters wherever they go is not? When Democrats condoned Antifa-BLM protests that regularly turned violent and caused billions in property damages that was excusable, but Trump's benign political speech is impeachable? Absurd!

9/Millions who voted for President Trump agreed there was significant election fraud in the election & supported the President as he went to the courts, to Congress, & on social media to make this case. There is nothing at all seditious or subversive in this.

10/ Indeed, it was 100% legal and constitutional, as was the effort to object to electors obtained via alleged fraud. Democrats likewise have objected to electors in all recent Presidential elections. If that is not treasonous, neither is this!

Patriots, the Democrat's 2nd impeachment is like the first, an exercise in divisive, partisan, & vindictive politics with no grounding in factual evidence. It appears solely motivated by destroying Trump's ability to run in 2024. It will and should fail.
