There has never been a more important time to focus on our wellbeing. During each day of #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek we’ll share a simple activity to build into your child’s day.
Today we have a grounding exercise. If children feel anxious/stressed, this activity allows them to take a moment to breathe, regain focus & put their minds in an aware & receptive state. Children could memorise this idea to use in other situations. #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek
Tuesday- Gratitude Mindmap. When we are in a difficult situation, it can help if we remember all the things we are grateful for. Encourage your child to draw/write as many things as possible in 5 mins, nothing is too big or small. #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek
