Black History Month celebrates the impact Black heritage has had on our country. As we look back at history, it's also important to show how we're driving change for the future.

Here's an update on the progress we've made toward becoming a more equitable organization. (1/10)
Effecting change starts in our own backyard, so we helped form @OneTen to create 1 million jobs for Black Americans over 10 years.

OneTen will create opportunities by working alongside 36 companies to recruit, hire, train and advance Black talent. http://dl.aero/6010paxRm 
To create a more equitable hiring experience, we’ve enhanced our practices to reduce bias in job descriptions and qualifications, introduced hiring manager training to ensure fair and inclusive interviews, and created reports to monitor diversity in our candidates & hires. (3/10)
We've expanded our partnership with @OperationHOPE to support their One Million Black Business and Entrepreneur Initiative, designed to create 1 million new Black business owners by 2030 and help close the wealth gap caused by racial inequality. (4/10) http://dl.aero/6011paxRW 
BOLD, our Black Business Resource Group, is expanding our partnership with @apsupdate to focus on leadership, innovation and technology to level the playing field within Atlanta Public Schools and surrounding districts. (5/10)
Developing inclusive behaviors starts with education, so we enhanced our DEI training series to help promote inclusion throughout the company.

To support small businesses through COVID recovery, we are donating 50M SkyBonus points to diverse organizations, focusing on women and minority-owned businesses. (7/10) http://dl.aero/6013paxRU 
Taking a hard look at our own record, we're measuring our progress in the hiring of leaders to better reflect the teams they lead. By 2025, we’ve set a goal to double the percent of Black Officers and Directors and grow the percent of other minority and female officers. (8/10)
Access to healthcare is a significant equity lever, which is why this year, all of our Customer Service Agents will become eligible for all Delta benefits, including healthcare. (9/10)
There is a long road ahead toward becoming a more equitable, inclusive and diverse organization, but every action makes a difference.
