Agencies, you get paid in direct proportion to the problem you solve

Solve a small problem, get paid small

Solve a big problem, get paid big

This is where a lot of new Facebook Ads agencies fail
They only focus on getting their clients LEADS using Facebook Ads…..which is ONLY one piece of a very large puzzle

Example: Medical practices do not care for Facebook Ads, they care to have more patients that need their services.
Your only goal is to get that medical practice more patients.

Facebook Ads may be the mechanism that gets the medical practice more leads but leads do not mean patients.
Take it a step further for the medical practice and figure out how you can make those leads show up and become patients.
This may require you to hire a call center to engage with the leads earlier or maybe it requires you setting up a whole bunch of Zaps to remind them about their appointment etc
Focus on solving your clients biggest problem and you’ll not only retain clients longer but get paid in proportion to the problem you solved.
