I just finished eating fully Carnivore for all of January

I saw my best recovery scores ever and got in the best physical shape of my life

My 5 biggest takeaways..

// THREAD //
First, here are the rules I followed:

I consumed animals, salt and water. Nothing else

Meats were beef, chicken, eggs, pork and seafood

🐄🐔🐣🐖🦐

Cooking oils were butter, ghee and tallow - all from animals

Here’s what I learned.. 👇
1. It’s incredibly easy to lose weight

I started at 169.5 and ended at 164. I even briefly dropped to 160. Prob because...

2. Zero bloating or inflammation

It’s basically impossible to overeat and excess fat seemed to fall off right away.

Food truly became fuel 🥩🧈🚀
3. The two week mark was crucial

Once I passed two weeks, my energy levels were really strong all day long. They were up and down before that

4. No coffee was hard ☕️🥲

Getting up was way harder than I’d like to admit in the beginning. It got much easier after the two week..
mark. I also started going to bed earlier, which helped a lot

5. Meat quality matters a lot 🥩🔥

I ate extremely high quality meat all month. Local when possible, always grass-fed and organic.

It’s just obvious how much better this is for me over the mass produced stuff
This was an awesome challenge that I’m so glad I did

I learned a ton about my body and my mind

Getting bloodwork done and now heading into a 5 day transition period before going vegan for 30 days

Battle testing this body on my way to optimizing it 🔥💪🏼
