Not exhaustive list of mistakes @BorisJohnson made during pandemic:

#2 Execrcise Cygnus warning that our #NHS would NOT cope with a pandemic largely ignored. Warned wasn’t anything like enough PPE available on the frontline.
#3 Treated coronavirus as if it were influenza apparently ignoring World Health Organisation et al.
#4 Failed to ban flights coming into the UK even from China where the outbreak had begun.
#5 Disgharging elderly COVID symtamitc patients from hospitals into the community and into care homes. Even when they had tested positive.
#6 @BorisJohnson appears live on TV daily breifing boasting of visiting London hospitals and deliberately shaking hands with COVID patients on the very day that SAGE had warned against physical contact and to maintain safe distances.
#7 Mocking and ignoring WHO when they said we must TEST, TEST, TEST.
#8 @BorisJohnson appears on daytime TV advocating herd immunity saying ‘we should just take it on the chin’.
#9 Warned that we needed to enter a full lockdown. Dithered and delayed. Left it for two full weeks before doing so. Prof. Neil Furgeson said if we’d lockdown 1 week earlier circa 20K deaths could have been avoided.
#10 Started community testing only to abandon it just a few days in.
#11 Refused to take the advice which dictated that care homes workers should be tested as a matter of priority.
#12 Encouraged mass gatherings such as Cheltenham races and 3000 Spanish Club Atlético de Madrid supporters into Liverpool.
#13 Became apparent that care homes were not sufficiently equipped with PPE. Ignored Public Heath directors warnings that they couldn’t cope.
#14 Massive shortage of ventilators in #NHS. Failed to act. @MattHancock suggested businesses should start manufacturing them as if they could just start production the very next day.
