Why this week might be the most important of your year

Because the only thing more dangerous than market chaos

Is people trying to replicate once in a decade scenarios

Thread⬇️⬇️⬇️
Yesterday I decided to go for a walk to clear my head.

All the stock market chaos was unavoidable and I needed to get away for an hour to think.

So I put on a sports podcast I've been listening to for years now.
The first thing that came out of the host's mouth

"So this Gamestop stuff is really blowing up, huh?"

That combined with my sister... who has little interest in the stock market... asking me if I was buying $DOGE ...
All goes to show how mainstream last week's news has become.

Which is why this upcoming week will be potentially dangerous if you don't keep your wits about you.

Get rich quick trading ideas will be coming thick and fast from every angle.
Whether it's more money flooding into $GME.

A #silversqueeze

Or some other hair brained scheme dreamt up by a bunch of guys on Wallstreetbets.

You bet that come 9:30AM on Monday morning, there's going to be a whole lot of mayhem.
And while it's easy enough to just say you'll avoid it.

When the stock market becomes mainstream news, it becomes tough to see the forest for the trees.

Which I why I recommend checking out of the investing world for a few days.
Because one thing I can absolutely guarantee about all the "opportunities" you'll be hearing about this week...

Is that they won't be the last opportunities you'll have.

And so while many people will be promoting "once in a lifetime ideas"
It's important to remember that more people go broke trying to replicate lightning in a bottle...

Than actually profit from it the first time around.

So when your inbox/timeline/YouTube recommendations start going crazy today
Just take a deep breath, and stick to your gameplan.

Because this investing thing is a heck of a lot easier when you think in years and decades rather than weeks and months.
