During this process, the uterus lining builds up for embryo implant. Bila takde embryo untuk ditempelkan, period happens!
So, each cycle consists of 4 phase
1. Menstrual Phase
2. Follicular Phase
3. Ovulation Phase
4. Luteal Phase

Menstrual Phase
- the first stage of menstrual cycle where you get your period

Follicular Phase

How to know you're ovulating?

Luteal Phase
- after releasing eggs, it changes to Corpus Luteum
- it releases progesterone and some estrogen to keeps your uterine lining THICC and ready for a BABY
IF you do get pregnant, your body will produce human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG)

hCG ni yang kita detect dekat pregnancy test tu kalau you guys nak tau. hCG ni akan maintain corpus luteum and uterus lining
BUT KALAU YOU TAK PREGNANT
it will shrink away and be resorbed to our body
