Today is the start of #LGBTHM21 . It's 2021, yet young people in Wales who identify as LGBTQ+ are 4 times more likely to be made homeless than their peers, simply for being who they are. This has to change.

For LGBTQ+ young people who are homeless, access to support that is tailored to their unique needs is essential.
