It's here.
I've created lots of charts to observe all the strikers of the #Eredivisie but prepare yourself, as it's kind of a long one.
Don't worry, it won't be only scatterplots.
THREAD
So first take a look at which players have the most shots and are the most threatening to the goal.
The PSV trio of Zahavi (
/33), Malen (
/22) and Madueke (
/18) are providing a brutal volume (with decent quality) upfront, regardless of which one is playing as a striker.

Here we can see that their shot volume isn't that surprising based on the amount they're involved, though.
However, Vloet's (
/25) numbers are interesting as he plays for Heracles, but to be honest he's rather an attacking-mid (or a false 9) than a real centre-forward.
However, Vloet's (

Here's who under- or overperforms his expected numbers.
Giakoumakis (
/26) is absolutely on fire with 21 goals in 20 games (penalties included) in the league and he has the biggest npxG overperformance.
Twente's Danilo (
/21) is proved to be a superb loan-deal (from Ajax).

The biggest overperformers, or let's say the best finishers based on their shots and their npxG overperformance.
Worth to mention the youngins Traoré (
/20), Larsen (
/20, yes other strikers exist besides Haaland), Madueke (
/18) and Broja (
/19, who's owned by Chelsea btw).

The biggest chance-killers.
The Feyenoord guys aren't too confident and convincing in front of the goal, and their new signing Pratto (
/32) hasn't been good so far either, although he's not included in this whole thread.

Well, Mahi's (
/26) only struggle - which is huge by the way - is his finishing. According to SofaScore, he has missed 14 clear-cut chances so far and has scored only 4 goals.
The former Bayern Munich II player Wriedt (
/26) is a decent acquisition for Willem II.

I hope you're still reading because it's not the end yet and I spent lots of hours making these charts, so I will hunt you down, and...
It's not their most important job to create, but it definitely doesn't do any harm.
Jörgensen (
/30) and Mahi (
/26) again - at least they provide chances if they aren't finishing them -, as well as another Willem II player Pavlidis (
/22) thrive.
Jörgensen (

This is for just to have a picture of their playing style as who's involved a lot in the aerial duels.
Veerman's (
/29) effectiveness isn't surprising - he isn't to be confused with Joey Veerman (
/22) though, who's a midfielder - as he stands at 201cm.
Veerman's (

Don't worry, it's almost done, but I thought their defensive work-rate would also be worth to mention.
Anybody who has watched a Sparta Rotterdam game this year won't argue with Engels (
/27) being so active, as he constantly runs around, fights, crawls, disturbs.

The final chapter with highlighting the best strikers (based on their stats).
Mahi is absolutely amazing in almost every category and he's crucial to Utrecht's play. If it wasn't for his finishing ability - or rather the lack of it -, he would be talked about more frequently.

Malen has definitely grown out the league and is deservedly being linked with teams like Dortmund. He has scored 17 goals and provided 7 assists in 27 games this year across all competition.
Heerenveen has made a wonderful deal with signing their old-new player Veerman, who has perfectly suited into the team. Has a great connection with the other Veerman Joey, and he's much more technical than you'd expect from a man this tall (again, he's 201cm).
You didn't think that I'm gonna leave out Giakoumakis, did you? He can only be talked about in superlatives, which is obvious after two 4-goals performance in just 2 weeks in between. Won't be in Venlo next year that's for sure, and hopefully won't be the next Afonso Alves.
END. You made it. Tell me you did.
I'd really appreciate a huge engagement, so spread the word.
