one can clearly figure out the actual target of these missiles, which is definitely Pakistan. Apart from other non-nuclear missiles Indian also tested Nuclear capable Missiles.

In fact (DRDO) is working on plans to expand the program in 2021. India is not only working on "Offensive" capabilities but also on "Defensive" includes Ballistic Missile Defence (BMD) systems.
