The fact that so many of you were ready to defend her and make her a victim, even knowing the effect it could have on his victims?? Biases were showing this last week and I hope we all take a deep look at ourselves and figure out our shit.

IF Muneera is a victim (big if considering what people are saying about her genuinely not caring and just waiting for this to blow over and let's not forget the purposeful hiding of who her partner was), I am willing to hold space for that. But not until she's held accountable
As for "If you were really upset you'd hold him accountable" I swear to god I wanted to bite people. Were we meant to go and protest at Rhodes AGAIN? Stuart is like a duck with water. His 'feminist' rhetoric keeps him dry. So people warn each other about him
He lost his job. Didn't stick. He'd already graduated. People have been talking about this man for years. May he suffer all his life, but that white male privilege is protecting him and we know the system doesn't favour victims so last week's mess was particularly disgusting
"You can't place his sins on Muneera!" babes no one called Muneera a rapist. They called her an apologist. She helped sanitize that man's reputation. What's not clicking???
I was under the impression that feminism DID NOT mean protecting all women regardless of their actions. That we understood that women can cause harm. Apparently, I was wrong.
My final thoughts are that if Muneera wasn't Muneera, if she didn't have her followers, her business, air fryer twitter, all of - that amount of grace would never have been extended to her. Let's admit that.
