Now that it’s February, I wanna talk about a little experiment I did these past 2 months;

So in December I took an edible almost every day. When it became 2021 I quit cold turkey for the entire month of January. Why’d I do this? Boredom, curiosity, science! So what’d I learn?
Well, while the feeling of being high was nice, I noticed my thoughts were cloudy and I would forget a lot. I also felt lazy and lethargic. Don’t forget the munchies either; I couldn’t contain them.
After going cold turkey, I was hit with minor headaches but eventually regained some mental clarity and started eating properly again. I also found myself wanting to get out more. I don’t know if this had to do with quitting or the weather, but I’m walking more miles each week.
Would I recommend it? No.

Would I do it again? If the world gets too depressing maybe; I kinda did a science experiment for free(FDA hmu).

Key takeaway? Everything in moderation; though it’s hard to navigate life right now sober.

Anyways, thanks for coming to my TED talk :)
