I regularly spend time looking for papers on researchers' websites. I love it when a researchers' personal website...

[short thread]
...has links to all the papers! You might be surprised at the number of sites that just list the papers but don't provide either a link or the file. Make it easy for me to read your paper!
...lists published papers and working papers on the same page so I don't have to guess if the paper has been published or not when I'm searching. (Different sections on the same page are fine.)
...has links to *both* the published version *and* -- if the published version is not open-access – the authors preferred open access version, either the final pre-acceptance PDF or whatever version the author wants people who don’t have journal access to look at.
PS Remember that NBER working papers are not open access initially, and while I'm sure your paper is worth the $5 it costs, I'm not sure it's worth the transaction costs of buying it.
What do you love for a researcher's personal website to include?
