I’m not really sure where ENIC go from here. They have pretty much tried everything now. There’s little point getting yourself worked up over them. They are what they are a sports investment company with a model largely based on moneyball till now. In the bigger picture 1/5 
They’ve done a decent job. Took us from decidedly mid table to a consistent top 6 top 4 team. Sadly they haven’t been able to take the final step. They’ve tried the “project” and now the serial winner which looks like it will fail. The moneyball model needs the perfect 2/5
Storm of recruitment in players and manager which we nearly hit. But the only way to achieve sustained success in English football is continued high level investment like City Chelsea etc. So what was/is ENIC end goal. Well basically to sell the club for as much as they can. 3/5
With the amount of property applications they have in I believe this means they won’t sell till Tottenham has been totally redeveloped which could take 10 years. The only hope can be that from here once Covid is done they will spend the huge sums the stadium brings in 4/5
Tbf there has been some indication of this £250m spent in last 2 seasons on 13 players. So we can only hope in the next few years they get a manager and the recruitment right as I believe more than reasonable funds will be spent 5/5
