In the last week, I, @SeemaPrasad_me, came across two pieces that touched upon eco-anxiety. One that described the worry and obsessions of a climate scientist. Another was an excerpt from a practical guide on how to adapt to climate change.
An article on @propublica describes the various steps taken by @ClimateHuman, a climate scientist, to reduce his carbon footprint, driving his children and wife crazy. He drives an electric car, uses a composting toilet, and stops using the gas dryer.
