Rebbeca is usually always working on the show and has been for the past 7 years, so she is taking and deserves a break. But at the same time knowing Rebecca thus break will probably last about a year.
So I was thinking, in a year (March 2021) what if Rebecca starts to work on continuation like something adventure time did, like Obsidian and distant lands

I would think.maybe this will take a year to to finish, so it would premire... maybe at the end of 2021.. at least I would hope, but realistically in March of 2022, maybe even later bc if the pandemic

BUTTT. Zack Callison, Steven's va, is taking a break to for mental health, as he should, and I miss 😢, anyways, we have NO idea when he'll be better, so maybe the continuation won't have much of Steven, which means it won't have much of the main gems (unless steven passes away-)

Which would be the PERFECT time to let our side characters have some screen time, Lapis, Bismuth, and peridot, maybe properly finish lapis's arc or something idk, or let jasper have a finished arc
At the same time I think it would be a GREAT idea and great time to answer the Fandom biggest and un answered question,

Where tf did white and the other diamonds come from
Anyways, don't ask me how they would answer that question or exactly what plot they'd choose bc I have no idea, but I also think it would air on HBO MAX, bc it would make the most sense I guess, or maybe CN, who knows

And I also remember, with an interview with a cast member of Steven universe, I think that isn't was ian... but I don't remember and can't find the interview again, but they said "steven universe will return, just with a different title" so...
Fall 2022 is my best bet for it to come back on TELLIVISION, either way as Rebecca said, we're definitely (or probably) gonna see these characters again somehow so no wories
Before I end this thread I just wanted to take the time to explain that su was a bit rushed bc the show was canceled since Rebecca put a gay marriage in, and the reason why suF doesn't really have a season 6 plot... is bc its a FUTURE SERIES, not SEASON SIX
Anyways, PLZ tell me ur opinions on this, i want to hear yalls ideas (also I might add more to this thread later, maybe when I find the interview)
And if su does end forever and never returns, then we can't get mad bc we can't really expect it to continue forever, plus, we've already been spoiled with a movie AND future series, so I guess I should be thankful :)
