3/ This is an enlargement of the upper-right hand corner of the video from the alley. There appears to be a person in the distance (circled in orange here), perhaps a look-out/accomplice.
4/ Knowing the angle of the street light and the length of the shadow, crime scene analysis could, with minimal effort, yield the height of the suspect with a 1-2 inch degree of accuracy.
5/ With high probability, this suspect is:
• Female (if male [but doubt], it's a younger male 18-32)
• Athletic female
• Not a runner
