And where does Sun fit in here? Low carb high fat (ketogenic diets) might be able to burn off the stored fats in your body by ketone release from the liver when you eat below 20g carb per day. But it won't be able to reverse insulin resistance. What reverses insulin resistance? https://twitter.com/santeira/status/1356025376447758337
We already know diet >> workout. But diet doesn't reverse insulin resistance. High carb will probably increase insulin resistance. So since only sunlight exposure reverses insulin resistance, so sun >>>>>diet>>>>>>workout.
How? @marinagamba1909 already explained many times. It's CIRCADIAN RYTHMN. Our body has a biological clock and this is called circadian rythmn. A paper on this won the Nobel Prize in 2017. How is this pseudoscience again?
Insulin resistance can be revesed by resetting the hormone LEPTIN. To reset it you have to correct your circadian rythmn. Circadian rhythms are 24-hour cycles that are part of the body’s internal clock, running in the background to carry out essential functions and processes.
Different systems of the body follow circadian rhythms that are synchronized with a master clock in the brain. This master clock is directly influenced by environmental cues, especially light, which is why circadian rhythms are tied to the cycle of day and night.
Plants and animals also operate with their circadian rythmn. It helps flowers open and close at the right time and keep nocturnal animals from leaving their shelter3 during the daytime when they would be exposed to more predators.
If your circadian rythmn is disrupted you become leptin resistant. One becomes leptin resistant when the brain no longer recognizes the leptin signal sent from our fat cells.
How does your circadian rythmn get disrupted? When it can't differentiate night from day. And this happens when you don't expose yourself to sunlight.
When you constantly watch your screens (artificial blue light), look at TVs and phone screens at night, it doesn't do what it is supposed to do like secreting certain hormones like melatonin, leptin and etc
When you expose yourself to artificial at night, when you are awake when you're supposed to sleep. When you are eating when you are not supposed to. When you are working out when you are supposed to rest at night.
Modern life mess with our circadian rythmn. Our ancestors wake up and work in the sun. At nights it's dark with only pelita lights on and then they sleep. We don't. We look at screeens all day long and sometimes all night long.
#kultusmatahari aims to correct the circadian rythmn. We watch the sun rise, we sun under IR light 8-9 AM to build sum callus, we watch the sun set, so our body recognise daytime from night. We reduce screen time and wear blue blockers to block artificial blue light.
The circadian clock regulates many transcriptional–translational processes influencing whole cell metabolism and particularly mitochondrial activity. It you're leptin resistant you're insulin resistant and you eat high carb you eventually get diabetes. Pastu dah ada diabetes
datang pula tiga serangkai.

We also sun for UV because skin makes Vitamin D when UV reaches it. But if you didn't build sun callus atau 'kekebalan matahari', you get sunburn. How to build sun callus? Expose your skin to natural infrared light for some time (sun 8 AM - 9 AM).
Ingat kita sembah matahari ke? Kalau pseudoscience, macam mana circadian rythmn boleh menang Nobel Prize? Kau punya #kultuskapitalis ada Nobel Prize? Takde tapi berani tuduh #kultusmatahari pseudoscience? I rest my case.
I'm a layman so I layman. Follow @marinagamba1909 for the science.
