Folks, labor issues are difficult. It’s also fluid. Total context often takes hours or days to come out. I use Twitter to get details out piecemeal and provide any adjustments or corrections. It’s so it here or do that in articles. I’d rather wait on the article and get right 1/x
The proposal by MLB that was sent Friday and largely surfaced today is a good example. If you look back on some insider reporting early this AM, it’s clear it was a direct conduit from MLB. The true nature of the offer has dribbled out over the course of the day 2/x
You can get those details out to the best of your ability to ensure a clearer picture is presented. In that effort today I got part of that wrong and then ran a correction. My apologies on that. Trust me, none of us are pulling stuff out of thin air. Complexities happen. /end
