Power is AMORAL, it does not imply value judgements, normative action, or ANYTHING of the like, despite its constant efforts to create value judgements of the predictable form - those with power and status GOOD, those without BAD

Where many go wrong is blindly inverting those value judgements - BUT THEN YOUR VALUES ARE STILL DICTATED BY POWER

Power is arbitrary. It is best viewed as a law of nature that can be studied and manipulated in the same way we use physics to study and manipulate (for use) the physical laws.

The core insight of postmodernism was to see through value systems and structures created by power. The core failure was the dismissal of ANY valid values.
