I just received a little more details on the proposal. It significantly modifies the CBA already in effect, almost exclusively to the benefit of management. My old thread analyzes the public aspects of the proposal I had at the time.

2. off days reduced from 24 to 18 (this compresses the season & is worse for players)
3. Playoff pool ~$80M fixed amount (this is nearly identical to 2019-which was based solely on gate; 2020 was $50M fixed pool)
4. game play rules - DH both leagues, 7 inning double headers, 2/
runner on 2nd in extra innings
5. Commissioner gains more authority to suspend season, cancel games w/out consent of Union (play foreboding music)
6. playoffs expanded to 14 teams

I'm sure there is more small details to the offer, but these are the major details I received.
