There’s no sleep for the ambitious...
Sleep can be used as a coping mechanism, or as a form of rest.

The former happens when there is a lack of drive and ambition - you sleep because there’s nothing else to do.

Chasing exciting goals fills you with enthusiasm, the lack of which increases your sleep quota.
If you are in your 20s;

> You should crawl yourself to bed every night, for these are your foundational years.

> Get atleast 7 hours of sleep, non-negotiable.

> Afternoon naps should be strategic and utilized to rejuvenate your energy.
You earn your night sleep by giving your maximum effort during the day.

There is no better sleep inducer than the satisfaction from a productive day

Always demand more of yourself, and your energy levels will rise to meet the requirements...
