Since Jack Easterby joined the Texans on April 2, 2019, things have been a problem and he's had a hand in it.
June 7, 2019: Brian Gaine is fired as General Manager - 2 months after Easterby is hired.
June 14, 2019: Patriots file tampering charges against Texans for Caserio.

What happened to cause the Patriots to file tampering charges?
Easterby had accidentally tipped off the Patriots by meeting with Caserio at their ring ceremony.
They fired Gaine to hire Caserio, and Easterby ruined it.
This created a snowball affect of dumb.

All of these moves have been questionable and Jack Easterby has had his hands on it. You can also blame Bill O'Brien for many of the major failures. But Jack is still in the building and still causing problems.

One important change I forgot to add, Nov 11, 2020: VP of Comms Amy Palcic was fired for "culture" reasons.
This firing has never made sense and has blown up royally for the Texans. Especially during this time where the team needs good PR.
