I am intimately familiar with the reopening plans and training, and all the work that’s going into making it safe. I can tell you with certainty that the voices of those who are clinging to fear, though smaller in number, are LOUD. And it’s all about feelings.
Our school district has several options for employees who don’t want to be in person. That’s what ultimately needs to be done. If you don’t want to be around the kids, here are your options. But stop holding everyone hostage because *you* are scared.
