Small thread..

Ranking of my favourite Eminem albums.

Will do all my fav rappers!

Enjoy the read & RT if you agree! Not much detail here, just bored on a Sunday.
14: Revival: Not Eminem’s finest work to say the least. We had glimpses of great storytelling & good rapping, however the production hindered a lot of the tracks
Fav tracks: Arose, untouchable.
13: Encore: I don’t dislike encore, there are some incredibly high highs on here & I’m sure if those songs didn’t leak it would be a classic.
Fav tracks: Toy soldiers, mosh.
12: Kamikaze: Although often criticised, this album had some amazing rapping throughout & I enjoyed seeing a hungry, competitive em on some songs.
Fav tracks: The ringer, stepping stones.
11: The re-up: There are some classics on the Re-up, love a lot of these songs & I love Eminem’s chemistry with 50.
Fav tracks: No apologies, You don’t know.
10: BME: Amazing chemistry between Royce & em, a project filled with insane lyricism & amazing back & fourths between them.
Fav tracks: Fast lane, above the law.
9: ShadyXV: A Bar heavy project that I revisit a lot, I love some of the standout tracks on this so much. & the best project cover.
Fav tracks: Detroit vs everybody, Fine line.
8: Infinite: Although em was still trying to find his sound on this there are a lot of really good tracks and impressive rhyme schemes.
Fav tracks: Infinite, searchin.
7: Recovery: So unnecessary hate on this one. There is so much emotive value to this album, & although it can be “shouty” there is examples of amazing songwriting throughout. This album helped a lot of people.
Fav tracks: Going through changes, on fire.
6: MTBMB (including side B): I really like this album, a great standard of lyricism, really good features & I think Eminem was really enjoying himself on this project. Like em or not but he’s doing great this far into his career.
Fav tracks: Book of rhymes, You gon learn.
5: Relapse: A spectacular album, amazing rhyme schemes throughout & the accents didn’t bother me at all and it is a classic IMO.
Fav tracks: Deja vu, My darling.
4: SSLP: A introduction to slim shady, and a definite classic. I love all the tracks & the rawness.
Fav tracks: if I had, guilty conscience.
3: MMLP2: I really really love this album. From beginning to end, this album is BAR HEAVY & some of ems best rapping for years.
Fav tracks: Groundhog Day, Bad guy.
2: TES: The first glimpse of a more mature em, the flows on this are insane. We have some of Eminem’s most important tracks on here & the album is a fucking masterpiece.
Fav tracks: Hailies song, SFTM.
1: MMLP: Eminem’s magnum opus, an intense, rebellious explosion of negativity, emotion, and top tier song writing. The production complements every track amazingly & the passion behind his powerful lyrics is obvious in every track. Fav album.
Fav tracks: I’m back, the way I am.
Tysm for reading, I know there’s some stuff missed but wanted to keep it casual, Em is my fav artist so I don’t hate any of this stuff, it’s just my order of rankings. Enjoy, lmk yours.
