Hi @BorisJohnson, are issues facing Sikhi people only important during election time?

Can we have some support or some words on what the government think about the anti-democratic actions being forced upon those at the farmer protests in India please? #farmersrprotest
Waking up each morning to see police brutality where Sikhi people are getting their turbans tore off their heads, their hair pulled as they get trampled on and beaten up during the largest protest ever known and NO NEWS CHANNELS ARE REPORTING IT.
This is not new news either, this has been ongoing for the last few months and still we ask for Sikhi issues to be amplified, spoken about and addressed and STILL we are silenced by the powers of the Indian government calling for media blackouts, the removal of social media tags
and even turning off access to internet and the supply of water at the protests themselves. Pictures, videos and stories are so similar to what we see in history books and remember from June 1984. We need the support and voices of non Sikhi people.
PLEASE if you can, see pages on Instagram such as sikhexpo where they are sharing images, video and news from the protests highlighting exactly why we need support. We are not asking for money, we are simply just asking to be heard and to be given some visibility. Thank you💙🧡🙏🏽
The importance of having Sikhi elected officials in parliament is so important right now. Thank you @TanDhesi for using your platform which will hopefully urge @UKLabour and other MPs to speak up on Sikhi issues such as the #FarmersProstests going on in India right now.
