Copium again. This arg, which seems to be the go-to talking point for EU types defending their failure, relies on the idea that supply of the vaccines is fixed. But it isn't. And if they had ramped up earlier, then there would have been more vaccine to distribute. This is the truth the EU is now working hard to bury. Its process was too focussed on cost and liability, and not focussed enough on speed. The Commission failed its citizens.
