Thank you guys sbb sudi tunggu @sambalnyet untuk restock. New stock telah pun ready and akan di release setiap hari (kecuali sabtu) bermula esok. sambal release secara berperingkat dari pagi sampai petang. jadi tak perlu tnggu announcement or set alarm 
so far aku dah tambah dua machine, one for blending and one for bottling. Dari segi speed kita dh improve from 500 botol sehari ke 1500 botol sehari. minyak dlm sambal pn dh dikurangkan di atas permintaan ramai
dari segi operation kami still ada banyak problem, especially bila double up daily volume. but takpe kita cari solution one by one. next step ialah utk tambah machine for labelling and sealing
regarding speed membungkus parcel, we can do max 600-700 parcels sehari (kalau sorang beli 2 botol, equivalent to 1400 bottles). kami bungkus parcel sehari sebelum customer order. jadi goal nya adalah utk make sure parcel gerak ke courier secepat mungkin after complete purchase
ada yg tanya kenapa tak buat pre order. actually 2 sebab kenapa tak boleh buat. first, shopee takkan bg status preferred seller kalau kita asyik jual brg as pre order instead of ready stock. second, akan ada customer yg x happy bila brg sampai lambat even though the status..
..is pre order. therefore, that will lead to more bad feedback on shopee and further reducing shop rating. also ada yg tnya kenapa tak buat website sendiri. buat masa sekarang i cant handle the server. utk starting ni aku taknak org datang nk beli and website always crash
once pkp is over, kita akan cuba cari warehouse baru utk expansion. i dont want to grow too fast just to chase temporary hype. it can be damaging for long term. my goal ialah utk org beli sambal ni bila2 org rasa nak makan, and the stock is always available 24/7 (so far belum lg)
quality, speed, marketing and branding adalah 4 benda yang aku nak focus utk tahun 2021 ni. Sambal Nyet is the first one, and more products already in R&D stage. Hope we can achieve more milestones this year.
