According to #CraigWright "BTC is Theranos".

Let's examine that a bit shall we? (alongside BSV)

Theranos was a fraudulent company, because they claimed to have technical innovations they didn't really have. 1/
What technology does BTC claim to have?

Off-chain scaling: yes in Lightning.
Schnorr signatures: yes.
Multisig in space efficient and privacy enhancing contracts: yes in Taproot.
What technology does BSV claim to have?

Leading enterprise data management solution: no.
Largest number of txs: no (BTC consistently gets more independent actors transacting on chain and can do orders of magnitude more on LN)
Health data: no, now just hashes (not yet either)
But, crucially, note this from the Wikipedia page on Theranos:

"This technology has been criticized for not being peer reviewed."

Does that remind you of anyone? Yes, and it's quite notable...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theranos#Technology_and_products
...because another thing that is fraudulently claimed about BSV is that it is Turing Complete.

It is not Turing Complete.

Bitcoin Script is not Turing Complete. And to say that "BSV is Turing Complete because it can be used as part of a Turing Complete system" is equivocation.
Craig has released two papers supposedly supporting the Turing Completeness of Bitcoin.

But these papers have not gone through peer review.

Exactly the same problems with Theranos are true of BSV today.

BTC is not Theranos.

BSV is Theranos.
