It's been a very damp & dreary weekend in Clonmel, but I've kept an eye out for the @BirdWatchIE #GardenBirdSurvey

Here's a few visitors, and thanks to the Birdwatch Website for including their names in Irish too – all helps us Gaeilge noobs!

Jackdaw | Cág

#gardenbirdwatch
Starling | Druid

I think this is my favourite photo so far, this sparrow sees your soul

I'm really enjoying keeping an eye on the garden visitors during teabreaks.

We just had a visit from a great tit | meantán mór
The bluetit seems a more regular visitor now too, love this little character 😍
God it's worse than outside a chipper at 1am in the Great Before Time.
Today's visitors included my pal the blackbird | lon dubh.

I love the way he bounces around with his head low, there's something very dinosaurey about blackbirds.
I was really pleased with how this pic of a goldfinch [lasair choille] turned out. Such lovely birds.
