Went to get money out, and the cash 'door' didn't open.
I could hear it spooling, so I looked closer and realised the door wasn't dropping.
I tried to push it down with my finger, and realised it was actually a fake door, so I used a key to prize it away (pic1) and...

Realised someone had stuck a whole fake cash door on the front, and the cash was actually stuck to the back of the fake door.
A neat design: a bit to stick it to the machine, and an ultra-sticky section that the notes attach to, so the machine can't pull them back in.

Unless you notice the fake door (which was originally tight against the actual door, and nicely colour matched), it just seems like the machine is broken, and I guess someone comes along 2 minutes after you've left & takes the cash.
