800 years and they're still pretending leprosy is an "infectious disease" caused by bacteria. https://twitter.com/WHO/status/1355822842567413760
"It is not entirely clear how the infection is spread but it is thought to be through nasal secretions from highly infectious patients. It is not spread through routine contact." - NHS.

"We don't know if its infectious at all, but that's what we call it anyway."

Needless to say, the literature shows that Hansen's cultures of the alleged causative agent mycobacterium leprae were as much a complete failure as Koch's fraudulent experiments with mycobacterium tuberculosis. Animal models did not produce disease.
When the animal inoculations failed to produce disease Hansen doused a woman's eye with his toxic culture without asking her permission, fortunately that also failed to produce disease and Hansen was was convicted in court, never worked in medicine again.
"95% of adults cannot 'catch' leprosy because their immune systems fight off the bacteria.." - US CDC. https://twitter.com/PhilGreaves01/status/1335176662888157184
