It also improves the health of Heart muscles.
2- It also strengthen the bones of children. Sesame has Diatery Protein and Amino acid which helps in growth of Bones.

3- Sesame seeds have less Saturated fats which controls high blood pressure.
4- Tryptophan is also said to be the compound which gives peace, and make you relaxed.

This is also capable to make your sleep improve.
Methionine is good for lever.
5- 100 gms of Sesame seeds contain 1000 mg of Calcium, which is 6 times then the Almonds.

Black sesame and red sesame contains iron which increases blood in body.

6 - Sesame oil contains Phosphorus which is beneficial for the strength of bones.
7- Sesame has Folic acid which is helpful for Pregnant women and helps in the growth of the embryo.

8- Sesame contains important minerals such Calcium, Iron, Magnisium, Zinc & Selenium which increases the health of Heart and helps in working of muscles of heart.
