Bama vs OSU Natty thread of things I noticed watching the game
First play of the game they check Rainbow with back in Pistol. Can see Harris (8) signal

Rainbow = play 6 sky

Don't really fit it well. 32 should be strong A gap, 29 in weak B gap. 8 should be reading off the TE for slam flat route off boot

Can see 32 and 29 end up in same gap
Got beat on the exact concept I mentioned on the first play of Louisville game in 2018. https://twitter.com/coachcogan/status/1065290064568229888?lang=en
Second play was Flex Strike playing 3 sky.

A good example of a 'Creeper' (I call it a replacement pressure) from 4 down front.
Strike again
Cover 7. Bracket to field and Stacks to boundary

Do not ever look at the QB when playing MM coverage. Never. Ever. Look at the QB

Should have been a huge play for OSU early because 8 is looking at the QB way too much and loses his man

Great example matching fast 3 vs Bracket
Traffic at the top. Can see several signal

Not great fits. Cover 1 the LBs should fit off their coverage (Usually). 32 strong A, 8 Weak B.

Using DE 48 as 2 for 1 player (QB Keep and RB cutback)

Got lucky 31 made a play setting the edge and escaping back inside off the block.
Probably in Badger (Flex 88 Triple Stud Bronco)

Back away from the Star and check double cut (cut to both sides). Can see basically everyone signal it.

Mac in the cut weak. 32 does not play RB well. Guessing the quick stall release confused him? Never look at QB either.
Mod up top, Cut below. Can see everyone signal Cut besides 4.

Again mess up Cut. Might be trying to post snap push it (they always mess that up)

Good example of cover 7 is basically 2 man but trying to switch some routes. Do not look at the QB and run with WRs across the field.
Okie Rac B Slam Cash 0

Don't fit it great. Nobody falling back with the swiping Y.

Not sure if trying to 2v2 banjo RB/Y or not. If so 8 should be falling back with him. If playing straight man then 9 should be falling back with him.

Have to fit off your coverage in man.
This is about as perfect of a snap that you can play on D.

Looks like Clip up top and Cone below.
