"I came to the realization that my life before that was only so uneventful and empty because I didn't try to do anything.
If I had only tried harder to make something happen, anything could have happened."
"At first, I was disappointed because she didn't seem to have any good manga,
but then I found a shojo manga called "Clover" and read it to kill time."
mangaupdates says there's multipe Clover shoujo manga though, I guess the Clamp one? never read it
should sleep instead of reading early 2000s 2ch stories
just feels some weird comfort remembering anything from early 2000s
KH1 Gundam Seed Hikaru no Go Naruto, MD players
and then i could say ouran, black cat etc but that's already mid 2000s and not same timeframe
→We talk about being single for some reason. We get depressed
→We drink more. We can't stop laughing at the live-action Sailor Moon. Creepiness is off the roof
→We lose consciousness
I liked Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon a lot
I rewatched 2 3 eps 1-2 years ago & still liked it
"A long time ago, there was an anime on air that made you wonder whether NHK had gone mad.

The captain of the submarine Nautilus is called "Nemo".
And he was voiced by Ootsuka Akio
Every time one of his attacks was fended off, he'd shout "Damn, a barrier!".
"That's why, back then,
Nemo's trademark phrase was "Damn, a barrier!",
could swear he doesn't even say it that much ,maybe only once
woah i just had the best idea ever
steal early 2000s 2ch stories and make them into short low budget VNs
only pick the slightly less popular ones so im sure they were never translated in english
distribute the 1st one for free
become the new groundbreaking sensation like fuwa fuwa fight club
start selling them starting 2nd game
get rich

I guess the big flaw in the plan though is that im not white so won't benefit from the "it only counts when the West does it" effect
thinking about it rationally seeing the success of densha otoko in early 2000s this already happened isn't it
and in the sea of syosetsu there's definitely novels inspired from 2ch stories
