On day 39, you wake up & all you can think about is breakfast. Pancakes. OJ.
You run into the woods expecting the feast but all you find is a stupid mirror, so you stand in front of it looking at your weird skinny body, wondering & maybe even shouting when do you get bacon?! 2/

The hunger is suddenly pervasive, you can barely celebrate your dumb torch never being dumb snuffed cause where is the dumb food you were promised & why do all the camera guys look like sausage & maybe they actually are food and should you eat them on the off chance they are? 3/

You can be happy for those getting vaccinated, maybe loved ones. Thankful. & still you may suddenly FEEL it all at the same time cause it’s right THERE. 4/

The day 39 breakfast you know is coming exists, you just have to wait till production leads you into the woods & it’s not that stupid mirror, but some potential relief.
It’s okay to feel frustrated, upset and let’s be real hungry right now. The in person pancakes will come.
