Lots of people asking how to SELL NFTs.

Answer: Don't list them at crazy high prices.

Look at recent sales and list accordingly.

1/ (Non art related).
2/ Eg, if cheapest sandbox land is $100 and you're trying to sell yours for $500, well...it probably won't sell anytime soon.

Unless the recent sales in that area is around $500.

But if you list it at $120-$150 it'll go quicker.

If you list it at $80 it'll go asap.

Example*
3/ This is where things like liquidity matter.

Because when you list, there needs to be enough buy volume for someone to come buy it.

Especially if you're listing many NFTs.

Lots of OG NFT investors/traders buy/sell based on volume, liquidity and timing.
4/ Also BUY price is important.

If you buy at a premium compared to recent sales history then you may sell at a loss to recover your $.

Safest way is negotiate better entry prices. Instead of buying off market.

Unless it's a presale OR there's a ton of new buyers everyday.
5/ Also depends if you want to hold for a long time.

Then it may* be ok to buy at a premium.

And wait for the project to grow.

But if you need to sell asap, then the above matters.

Basically the cheaper, 'around recent sales floor price' you list it, the quicker you'll sell
6/ If you choose to wait and hold, remember you are buying at the most riskiest part of a project.

The formative years. (1-3 years),

So there will be volatility, hype phases, long periods of low interest, etc

Many you see now will disappear when there's 10x founder competition
I could talk about this topic for days.

Maybe I'll make a vid on it but thought I'd share some thoughts.

Again, the above has nothing to do with the NFT Art industry although on a trader level, it can also be applied.
