If you own you have a lot more control over the property and what you do with it. You have more of an opportunity to get your money back out of what you putting in.
But a lot of what folks say they hate about owning a home are costs baked into what you pay someone else to rent.

For some folks they happily take that trade off & there's nothing wrong with that

Me? I personally believe deeply in real estate. But I'm also capable of doing a lot of my own shit and that lowers the cost a lot. That is becoming increasingly rare. If you gotta pay someone to cut the yard and do all your plumbing/electrical the

I was up pissy working on plumbing last night, actually. And it took me a week to get to it (just a leak) but I fixed it for 20 bucks. Plumber gonna be probably 100+.

But it's wild the energy folks have for landlords on here when all y'all want to rent. Cause that divide between property owners and renters is only going up.
