$100 x 2 (100% ROI over 12 months) = $200
OR
$100 x 20% x 30% x 40% x 25% (4 low ROI flips over a similar time period) = $273
36.5% more with just 4 low ROI quick flips. Keep in mind, that's one every 3 MONTHS. You could easily do 3-5 PER month...

Is long term high ROI right for some people? Absolutely.
But if you're looking to get started and build up your capital, it's the exact OPPOSITE of what you should be doing.
The lowest % flip I've posted has been 35% ROI, and I sold it within 2 hours of purchasing.

For some flips, they've literally cost me $0 and I've made thousands.
If those aren't the types of flips your group is finding for you then I highly suggest you find a new group.
