A poker player’s favorite opponent is one that gambles in the casino, especially if they just won. For this reason stop getting upset when they do these:

•Playing bad (don’t correct them

•Acting like an out of towner (they probably are and you want them back)
•Having drinks and trying to get others to get excited with them (They are on vacation, the money in front of them is budgeted to not go home with them)

•Small infractions like not paying attention or the occasional acting out of turn. Be patient.

And lastly (for this tweet at least) treat them like a job applicant. Respectfully, engaging, and allow them to hold 80%+ of the conversations. This will keep them at the table the longest which is +ev for all!
