With seemingly everyone expecting a Lebby + Kevin Smith duo coming to UCF,, what might UCF's offense look like next season?

Full transparency, I have no idea how much of Ole Miss scheme was Kiffin's, but with Smith being under Kiffin's umbrella so long + Lebby calling plays
I would expect a lot of similar concepts to what Ole Miss ran vs. what UCF ran in '19.

While broadly they are similar,, they are also very different.

In '20 Ole Miss was:

->14th in EPA/Play (0.140)
->26th in EPA/Rush (0.078)
->17th in EPA/Pass (0.221)

Ole Miss was so good at using different levels of the field (short/Intermediate/Deep) to create an opening against defenses.
Also did a great job using motion. Out of a tight + stack look, they send Moore (Their best player) in a jet motion along with the Boundary WR on a deep over to hold the field side safety and allow the corner post on the outside to get over the top vs. the inside technique.
Another tight + stack look to the boundary. Attacking the 2 hi look right down the middle. The hard PA + sending the RB to the flat holds the outside corner underneath. The smash concept occupies both safeties and Moore is wide open on the scissors route.
UCF used a lot of GH counter under Heupel. Here Ole Miss uses it out of a 2 RB look and sends Moore on a HB seam wide open.
Here, Ole Miss gets a 1 hi look so you know you're getting C1 or C3 most likely. They put Moore in the inside slot to the field. They run Yeboah on a dig and Moore on a dig + go to confuse the coverage. Pump the Boundary WR on a go to move the safety and Moore is wide open.
Double wheel with the H-Back and RB off of a power read play action. Outside receiver runs a deep over to get a 2v1 with the 2 wheel guys. Again with Moore in the backfield.
Sending Moore in motion again out of a tight + stack look to the boundary side. See you have M2M with the motion, fake zone read left and Yeboah basically sets a pick downfield on Moore's man.
Moore again going in motion, takes the field safety with him and leaves the middle of the field wide open for Yeboah who shows block and releases down the seam.
UCF outside the redzone runs shotgun w/ a 1 step drop about 99.9% of the time. Here is a pistol look with a 3 step drop. Again using play action and just leak the RB out 1 on 1 vs. the LB with every other WR clearing space.
Running duo (i think) out of pistol.
Going under center. Running a little play action boot with the FB running a flat, the slot running a corner, and the outside rec running a little curl route forcing the defense to cover all 3 levels + the boot.
QB H-Back insert RPO pop pass. If the LB comes up the H-back is wide open for an easy TD.
Last play, I'll bore you with. Again putting Moore in the backfield as a 2nd RB and just running an Out Zone pop pass to him (gotta pad the QB stats).
It's incredible just how much Ole Miss used Elijah Moore. Lining him up everywhere, using him as a RB, a decoy in motion, etc.

Also enjoyed how much they let Corral just play. He's extremely talented (obviously), but they let him be free and play loose.
DG was very, very good outside the pocket, but never had anything designed to get him on the move. One step drop, quick read, release, repeat.

Getting him on the move, using designed dropbacks/rollouts/etc is going to only make him even more effective.
